The company Domino Trade has approached us with a request to construct a commercial building in the Žeje pri Komendi industrial zone. They needed a multi-purpose hall to meet their business expansion needs. The company specializes in the marketing and sales of copper alloy-based products for machinery manufacturing and maintenance of existing industrial plant equipment.
Multi-purpose modular hall
In preparing the project, we collaborated with a selected architect who took care of obtaining the building permit and preparing the necessary documentation. Our offer with a fixed final price was crucial for the investor, as they wanted the project to remain within the agreed investment amount. A smaller part of the multi-purpose hall consists of office spaces on two floors, while the larger part is intended for product storage and sales. Access to the warehouse is through automatic lifting doors sized to allow delivery by larger trucks. The front part of the hall is protected by a cantilever canopy.
For the investor, the multi-purpose hall is a step forward in the development of the company and offers numerous options for expanding their trading activities. Our flexibility and consultancy during the planning and execution of the project were crucial for ensuring their satisfaction.
