For Veto Group, which operates eleven stores specializing in heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and bathroom equipment, we designed and delivered a warehouse structure that now serves as the central storage facility at their new location in Maribor, Slovenia. The project provides a modern, functional, and aesthetically refined space that supports logistics operations and enables efficient customer service.
Schwarzmann X® Warehouse Structure Next to the New Branch
The warehouse sits along one of the main arterial roads in Maribor. This location offers excellent accessibility and optimized logistics routes for the client. The structure was built as a Schwarzmann X® fabric hall with a flat roof, measuring 20 × 34 meters. It was carefully designed to match the architectural style of the existing building, giving the entire complex a clean and professional appearance.
The warehouse is positioned directly next to the retail branch, allowing for fast goods handling and seamless coordination between storage and sales areas, which is essential for the company. The Schwarzmann X® solution also brings several additional advantages, including faster installation compared to traditional construction, immediate operational readiness, and the flexibility to relocate or expand the facility if needed in the future.
With this project, Veto Group received a storage solution that supports a rapid business launch at the new site, allows for future growth, and integrates well with the existing retail unit. The result is a practical and long-term structure, fully tailored to their operational needs.
