For the company Avtostoritve Rogelj, we have constructed a multifunctional business facility in Kamnik under Krim, addressing their expansion needs. This new building not only offers additional space but also modernizes and enhances the overall working environment.
Multifunctional Business Facility for Automotive Services
The foundation of this project was the desire to improve services and increase efficiency. With a spacious, well-equipped workshop that includes everything necessary for vehicle servicing—from service areas and storage to a reception office and restrooms—Avtostoritve Rogelj can now accommodate more customers and respond to their needs more swiftly.
The client had already prepared plans for a concrete hall, which we re-engineered into a steel structure hall that did not require piling for its foundation. Piling would have been mandatory due to the greater weight of a concrete hall, which would have increased the investment in the project. We designed both the concrete part (foundation, slab with recesses for car lifts, parapet) and the steel part, thus offering the client a complete custom solution.

The size of the new hall, measuring 18.68 x 19 meters with a maximum height of 7.7 meters, allows for the simultaneous servicing of four vehicles, including larger dimensions, such as vans and trucks. The arrangement of doors and windows has been carefully planned for easy and efficient access and ample natural light, contributing to better visibility within the facility. A cantilevered canopy at the entrance further protects against the elements, benefiting both employees and customers entering the reception office.
We prepared 3D visualizations for the project, enabling the client to have a better insight into the final appearance and functionality of the facility. This approach facilitated more precise decisions regarding equipment and room layout.

With additional storage space above the office area and a larger reception area that offers a warm welcome to customers, Avtostoritve Rogelj now has open possibilities for further growth and development.
The building is also environmentally focused, featuring paneling with proper insulation for efficient heating of the facility. Additionally, the investor has installed a solar power plant on the roof, further contributing to the hall’s energy efficiency.
