The facility features two sectional doors, allowing easy and efficient access for all types of transport vehicles. The internal height permits grain unloading directly within the facility, greatly simplifying logistical processes. The hall stands on a concrete slab, with walls made of concrete up to a height of 6 m, suitable for bulk grain storage and preventing water ingress at the ground level. The roof comprises a galvanized steel structure covered with a 900-gram combined white-green tarp, which not only protects the interior from weather conditions but also aesthetically complements the building’s exterior.
The structure is designed to withstand stronger winds up to 110 km/h, which is particularly important given the local weather conditions. This ensures that it will safely serve its purpose even in the most adverse weather conditions. The hall has a storage capacity of up to 400 tons of grain, sufficient to meet the needs of the largest cooperatives and agricultural operations in the region. The cooperative’s design office contributed the basic idea for the project, which we at Schwarzmann further refined and developed to meet the specific needs and requirements of the client.
Our team of experts meticulously planned every detail to ensure optimal functionality and long lifespan of the tent hall. We believe it will significantly contribute to improving storage capacity and operational efficiency for our client.
