Bukovžlak Composting Plant in Celje for composting and collecting of organic waste was completed in 2015. The building consists of a hot-dip galvanised steel structure covered with a durable PVC membrane; this fabric structure has the widest span without intermediate support columns in Slovenia.
The building is equipped with lighting, adequate ventilation and an air intake and water sprinkler system. The hot-dip galvanised steel structure and high-quality PVC membrane ensure a long service life despite the corrosive gases released during the processing and storage of organic waste.
