Construction is already underway at Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport for Solinair’s new state-of-the-art aircraft hangar, fully designed and executed by Schwarzmann.
Due to increased demand for regional aircraft maintenance, the new 3,250 m² hangar will enable the simultaneous servicing of three additional aircraft, including models such as the CRJ, ATR, EMBRAER, AIRBUS A220, and narrow-body aircraft from the A320 family.
We delivered a comprehensive facility design, optimizing the layout of workspaces to ensure maximum functionality, allowing Solinair to streamline their maintenance processes even further.

The project includes the main hangar structure—designed and built by Schwarzmann—along with specialized workshops (engine, electrical, sheet metal, painting), a paint shop, storage areas, server rooms, and office spaces located on the upper level.
Construction is expected to be completed by early 2026, enabling Solinair to increase its capacity, foster continued growth, and create new jobs.
