Schwarzmann has entered the spring season with strong momentum. Currently, eight projects are being executed simultaneously, reflecting steady growth and the continued trust of our clients.
Our current focus is on the construction of industrial buildings with sandwich panel systems for Slovenian companies such as Profarm Košenina, Renting, Transport Primc, Kolektor Etra, Maksim and Fist. At the same time, we are completing a fabric structure for the Municipality of Renče and constructing a covered parking structure for Autohaus Sattler car dealership.
Project progress overview
All projects are progressing according to schedule and are currently in different phases:
- Profarm Košenina: structural works completed
- Renting: roof installation in progress
- Transport Primc: installation of flashings
- Kolektor Etra: preparatory works
- Maksim: steel structure completed, panel installation started
- Fist: partition walls in the fabric structure
- Municipality of Renče: completion scheduled this week
- Autohaus Sattler: steel structure assembly

In recent weeks, several projects have been successfully completed and handed over to clients: Readyonset, Salus, Valmar, A avto and Aditrade.
A key milestone is the completion of the aircraft hangar for Solinair at Brnik Airport, further demonstrating our expertise in delivering complex and specialized structures.
