The Voortman VB1050 automated line is being assembled and connected in our steel cutting department.
It will enable a fast data transfer from Engineering department. The line manager will ensure proper filling of the line with standard profile pieces. Based on the received data, the machines will cut the steel profiles to the appropriate lengths. Holes will also be drilled in certain places, intended for joining individual pieces and other technological holes. The quality of processing will be improved. The process of cutting and drilling holes will be combined and significantly faster. Due to the accuracy of the line, the final implementation on site will also be facilitated.
The line will be operational within 14 days. For the use and management, we will carry out the training of existing staff.
