At Schwarzmann, we are deeply committed to fostering future talent by offering annual internship opportunities to local high school and university students. Over the past decade, we have proudly opened our doors to more than 50 young individuals, introducing them to the dynamic world of technical and engineering professions.
We believe that effective mentorship is a collaborative effort. The transfer of practical knowledge and skills at Schwarzmann involves not only designated mentors but our entire team, who share their collective expertise to help students confidently take their first career steps.
This season, we are delighted to host secondary school student Vid and university student Žiga. Both have consistently impressed us with their high level of engagement, curiosity, and strong drive to learn. We look forward to welcoming more high school and university students this summer—through these collaborations, we continue to build the next generation of experts.
