The first step is to establish whether a hall may be built on the intended property. The designated use of the individual plot is shown in the municipality’s zoning plan, while any applicable development plan may contain additional binding provisions and designations. Without further details, it is therefore impossible to determine whether a tent warehouse may be erected on designated building land.
