Since 1993, the Schwarzmann team has been designing, manufacturing, and constructing prefabricated steel-structured business buildings.
We specialize in custom-designed business structures tailored to the specific needs of companies, supporting their growth and development. Over the past 30 years, we have completed over 700 Schwarzmann buildings across 25 countries, covering infrastructure, production, and commercial spaces.

As the largest employer in Polhov Gradec (Slovenia), we recognize our responsibility towards our employees and the area. In recent years, we revitalized the degraded site of the former Hoja Mobiles company in the Polhov Gradec industrial zone. Through the restoration and modernization of production halls and landscaping, this area now serves the community, offering suitable working conditions for employees.

Our Process
When choosing Schwarzmann for your business building needs, we guide and advise investors from concept to completion – we are your partner for the design, manufacturing, and construction of steel-structured business buildings.
Design:
- Initial inquiry, including key customer requirements.
- Coordination of project details with the investor at the installation site.
- 3D sketches and visualizations of the project.
- Preparation of a non-binding offer.
Engineering:
- Once the offer is confirmed, a structural analysis of the building is conducted.
- The investor approves all project plan modifications.
- Upon receiving the advance payment, an order confirmation is issued.
- A 3D model and all necessary documentation for material procurement and construction are prepared.
- Documentation for the building permit (Einreichungspläne) is created.
- The project timeline is confirmed, and a safety plan for assembly is developed.
Manufacturing:
- Cutting and welding of steel structure components.
- Hot-dip galvanization of steel structure elements.
- Preparation of PVC membranes or insulated panels for installation.
- After obtaining the building permit, documentation for the construction phase is completed.
- The construction site is officially registered.
- The investor prepares the site for assembly within the agreed timeline and provides written confirmation of the completion of preparatory work.
Assembly:
- Delivery of materials to the construction site.
- Assembly of the steel structure.
- Installation of roofing: insulated panels or PVC membrane.
- Final inspection and handover of the building to the investor.
