Warehouse and Production Facility – Schwarzmann X®
For Jampak d.o.o., we completed a modern warehouse and production facility project designed for manufacturing and distributing cardboard packaging. It is a comprehensively planned facility, effectively integrating warehousing, production, and office support functionalities.
Jampak d.o.o. specializes in the manufacturing and sale of cardboard packaging. The need for expanded warehouse capacity and an optimized working environment for employees prompted the decision to construct a new tent facility. After a presentation highlighting the advantages of the Schwarzmann X® type and a site visit to a nearby reference building, they selected this facility type.
Most of the space is occupied by a spacious warehouse for finished products, including a smaller production area dedicated to packaging printing. The warehouse section is equipped with a loading ramp for efficient truck loading operations. The production area includes windows to allow natural daylight, complemented by appropriate internal lighting.
A separate office space is strategically positioned at the entrance, facilitating the oversight of goods dispatch and delivery processes. Thus, the facility efficiently supports both retail and wholesale packaging operations, with all activities centralized—enabling efficient, transparent, and swift business processes.
We utilized the Schwarzmann X® facility type for this project, characterized by its modern design featuring a flat roof. Roof domes ensure natural ventilation, smoke extraction for fire protection, and abundant daylight, significantly enhancing employee well-being and the energy efficiency of the building.
The facility is equipped with a heat pump providing underfloor heating during the winter and cooling during the summer, ensuring optimal climatic conditions for year-round comfort.
Thanks to the thoughtful arrangement of functional areas, quality insulation, and appropriate technical equipment, the facility offers employees an excellent working environment. Organized spaces, abundant natural light, and consistent temperature stability create optimal conditions for productive and satisfied employees.
