Logistics and transport company from Slovenia needed a multipurpose business facility, where part of the building would be used as offices and part would be used as a warehouse and maintenance area for their own trucks.
The entire office segment has a glass facade with aluminum windows, and the investor decided to keep the steel structure in anthracite color visible for its modern industrial look. This part is built on two levels, while the production-service part is one-story.
Both entrances, the personal door to the office area and the automatic sectional door to the service area are protected by a canopy. The canopy continues along the back of the building, where it provides additional covered space for pallet storage.
The multipurpose steel building is already in use, with paving and landscaping works scheduled, as transport routes are yet to be completed. Schwarzmann’s experts participated in all phases of the project; from the preparation of the conceptual design and 3D modeling, structural analysis, and planning, to the production of the structural elements and the final installation on site.
