When the investor confirms the offer, a static analysis of the structure is performed (the structural engineer makes a model of the steel structure).

The investor approves all changes to the project plans.

Upon receipt of the advance payment, an order confirmation is issued.

After that, it is no longer possible to change project plans unless the changes are ordered separately.
